SSL TO BUILD SIX LOW EARTH ORBIT SATELLITES FOR EARTH OBSERVATION


PALO ALTO, Calif. – January 28, 2016 — Space Systems Loral (SSL), a leading provider of commercial satellites, today announced it was awarded a contract by an undisclosed customer to build six satellites for an advanced constellation of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites for Earth imaging.
